Shipping costs

Within Germany we ship with our partners DHL, DPD or Hermes. Shipping costs €9.99 per order, regardless of size and weight. Orders from €90.00 ship free.

To other EU countries shipping costs €32.50, and is free for orders from €650.00. You see the shipping costs at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address.

Fabric samples: the sample set costs €4.90 including shipping. If ordered with other items, it counts towards the order value.

Delivery time

We make your cushions and covers to measure. Delivery takes 21 to 27 working days to other EU countries and 7 to 18 working days within Germany, depending on material availability and complexity. At busy times it can occasionally take longer. If your order is affected, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Transport damage

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the packaging is damaged, accept the parcel only with reservation and contact us straight away so we can sort it out quickly.

We deliver to Germany and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
